Summary The primary purpose of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is to provide quality service to students, staff and visitors through the delivery of receptionist and administrative support for the site with respect to all operations, processes and procedures. Job Description Under the supervision of the Campus Director, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative services for the Company, including support for the director, admissions staff, student services, and practicum placement coordinator, and the instructors and students. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is also responsible for maintaining supplies and equipment as required. This position provides a variety of administrative duties to ensure and maintain the efficient operations of the campus. General Qualification To be successful in the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following: • Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service Education and Experience: • Post-secondary administrative assistant program with minimum of two years' experience in a similar position and one to three years' receptionist and/or customer service experience in a fast paced environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
